Some concrete things I can do for my "interview" would be taking initiative, meaning that I should always step up and be willing to do anything for my boss or my co-workers without them having to ask. I should always be ready to step up to the plate. Another concrete thing I can do is always be excited, enthusiastic, and positive during my year long interview. No employers wants a Debby-downer on their workforce. They want some one who is passionate about working or interning for their company .
3. What I found to be relevant in this article is that there is a lack of adult guidance in lives of many college students when it comes to living and working in the real world. If there was more adults willing to each young adults, like myself, we would be better prepared upon entering college or even starting our first real job.
